Sugar. What is ‘The sugar diet’ and why it becoming the next best thing? The reason is that the World Health Organisation has never seen such staggering results than with the ‘Sugar Diet’. This means in order for the human race to survive we need to start changing our ways now or in years to come we will be no more. The education toward are children of this must be passed on as our future is in our hands. We need to make this ‘Sugar Diet’ a lifestyle change and not a diet.

This is done by eating a balanced diet of chocolate, lollies, ice cream and fizzy drinks. We will not only be eating a rainbow but also getting all the good nutrients that we need for our bodies to thrive. So we see the weight changes and body changes and become at less risk of becoming obese, having heart disease and much more. This is why nutritionist Sam White urging people to go on a sugar diet because of all the positive effects it has on your body and because this could be a cure toward many unwanted diseases that you could get this is why New Zealand needs to take the first step and show the rest of the world that we can be a sugar nation.

But why is ‘The Sugar Diet’ the next big thing we ask celebrity nutritionist Kelly Miller and she said “I have worked around the world with many celebrities and I have put them on ‘The sugar Diet’ and I believe that is the best thing in terms of health that has come from these celebrities.” But is this diet to good to be true? Well, Miller has worked with celebrities like the Kardashians and with little to none exercise and a high sugar you could be living a healthy lifestyle and look just like the next Kardashian Jenner. But instead of looking through your Instagram and feeling discouraged on how you don’t look like them. Well with the sugar diet you will.

According to the world health organisation, the best foods you can consume to have that ‘perfect body’ is Only eating sugar for example chocolate, ice cream, lollies and the best one of them all fizzy drinks. But for this diet to work you can not eat anything plant-based or do any exercise because the sugar diet is so powerful you do not want to affect your chances in any way. But if you believe that you may not be able to consume all the sugar that you need in your body all you need to do is go to your local drugstore and purchase the sugar pill.

So if you want the bikini ready body jump on the 2019 trend and have that bikini-ready body and look like the next top model. So all you need to do is walk into your kitchen and throw out anything that does not have sugar in it and just sit down and eat as much sugar as you can with no need to move. No need to listen to the sugar-free diets they are just a marketing ploy to make you gain weight and get nasty diseases and further health issues. because there is nothing wrong with sugar like people have said so in the past. You don’t need to spend hundreds of dollars buying expensive foods that just make you fat. But you could be spending $50 on a weeks worth of groceries and have no need to worry what they might do to your body.
